Job summary

Dassault Falcon Jet in Melbourne, FL seeks an HRIS Administrator to serve as the technical SME for UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management. You will provide application administration, security, testing of changes, integration support, reporting, and end-user support to HR and payroll teams.

Minimum qualifications include a BA/BS in CS and 3+ years of HRIS experience, preferably with UKG Pro/WFM, plus strong documentation and data confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and ongoing administration for UKG Pro and UKG WFM platforms, including configuration, security, integrations, interfaces, and file/data transfers
• Serve as the technical point of contact for designated UKG Pro and UKG WFM modules; assist payroll and HRIS teams with data integrity, reporting, and release readiness
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve system, integration, timekeeping, scheduling, and payroll issues; coordinate with MIS, HR, Payroll, or vendors as needed
• Recommend design and configuration changes; build, test, and implement changes with HRIS team and outside partners
• Support HRIS and payroll projects involving UKG Pro, UKG WFM, and future HRIS implementations
• Assist with product implementations, releases, enhancements, and integrations; ensure data accuracy through audits
• Produce and review audit reports for data integrity across UKG Pro and UKG WFM
• Analyze reporting needs and develop standard and ad hoc reports for internal customers
• Develop SME procedures, guidelines and documentation
• Collaborate with Director, HR Transformation and HRIS Projects for additional support

JOB SUMMARY:

The HRIS Administrator serves as the technical subject matter expert (SME) and systems administrator for UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management (WFM). As the technical point of contact for these UKG platforms, this role provides application administration, security, configuration, testing of system changes and releases, integration support, reporting, troubleshooting, and end-user support to the HR and payroll teams. This role also participates in creating, documenting, and maintaining processes to ensure data integrity across UKG Pro and UKG WFM and supports additional HRIS projects as assigned.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):

• System Administration:
• As UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management (WFM) Technical SME, provide technical support and ongoing administration for assigned UKG platforms, including configuration, security, integrations, interfaces, and file/data transfers.
• Serve as the technical point of contact for designated UKG Pro and UKG WFM modules. Assist SMEs, payroll, and HRIS team members with maintaining data integrity, report writing, system configuration, testing, and release readiness.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve UKG Pro and UKG WFM system, integration, interface, timekeeping, scheduling, and payroll-related issues and unexpected results. Work with internal teams and elevate identified issues as appropriate to MIS (IT), HR, Payroll, or outside vendors.
• Recommend UKG Pro and UKG WFM system design and configuration changes. Build, test, and implement changes in collaboration with the HRIS team, payroll, MIS (IT), and/or outside vendors.
• Participate in HR and payroll projects involving UKG Pro, UKG WFM, future HRIS product implementations, new functionality, process improvement, and related administration.
• Support UKG Pro and UKG WFM product implementations, system releases, enhancements, integrations, and other technical projects as assigned.
• Work with SMEs to produce and review UKG Pro and UKG WFM audit reports to confirm accuracy, completeness, and integrity of system data.
• Analyze reporting needs and develop standard and ad hoc reports within UKG Pro and UKG WFM for internal customers.
• Projects/Process Improvement:
• Participate in HRIS and payroll related projects to streamline and improve efficiency and effectiveness. Communicate any changes to other areas within HR/Payroll.
• Develop and maintain SME procedures, guidelines and documentation
• Work closely with the Director, HR Transformation & the Director, HRIS Projects, and payroll and provides additional support as needed.

ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams.
• Experience with pivot and lookup tables, as well as database and reporting writing experience
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple, competing assignments in a dynamic environment, with the ability to be extremely flexible and adaptable
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate in English with fluency both verbal & written.
• Must be detail oriented and a self-starter, comfortable taking initiative
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

The compensation for this position typically falls between $100,000 and $120,000 per year. This position is not eligible for overtime.
