Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business, or related field with 2+ years’ experience or 5+ years equivalent.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements for system configuration.
• Experience troubleshooting application functionality and training end users.
• Strong UKG Dimensions knowledge and configuration expertise.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect business requirements and document needs.
• Design configuration builds and lead testing to ensure reliable releases.
• Develop test scripts and validate results for changes to the system.
• Provide SME input on best practices, risks, and process impacts.
• Manage system functionality, payroll supports, and routine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with vendor teams as needed.
