Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle, WA is seeking an Application Analyst II to join the Enterprise Business Systems team within Information Technology. You will support the UKG Dimensions cloud application used across Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, HR, Research Admin and clinical operations.

Responsibilities include configuring UKG, testing, documenting processes, training end-users, and collaborating with vendors and internal teams to drive system improvements while ensuring timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or related field with 2 years of relevant experience or 5 years equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience gathering and documenting requirements for system configuration.
• Minimum 1 year of systems or business analysis experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Time and Attendance and/or Scheduling systems.
• Strong UKG Dimensions knowledge and configuration expertise.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; highly organized with thorough documentation.
• Ability to quickly learn system processes and dependencies; experience with requirements gathering and fit/gap sessions.
• Experience troubleshooting application functionality and training end users.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with end-users and stakeholders to collect requirements and determine functionality.
• Design and test system configuration builds; lead testing to meet deadlines.
• Develop and run test scripts to validate changes.
• Serve as subject matter expert and advise on best practices and impacts.
• Provide payroll support and regular system maintenance for UKG and related apps.
• Coordinate with UKG consultants and internal teams to maximize application potential.
• Create reports, support change management, and facilitate upgrades.
• Provide training to end-users via LMS and live sessions.
