Job summary

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center seeks an Application Analyst II to support UKG Dimensions and related business systems across Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and clinical operations. You will join the Enterprise Business Systems team to design configurations, test changes, and train users while coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

The role requires strong analytic skills, documentation, and experience with timekeeping/scheduling systems, and offers a path within a comprehensive IT environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years of equivalent experience with IT systems.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements for system configuration.
• Experience in systems or business analysis.
• Experience with Time and Attendance and/or Scheduling systems.
• Strong UKG Dimensions knowledge and configuration expertise.
• Excellent analytical, documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with end-users and stakeholders to collect requirements and define functionality.
• Design configuration builds and lead testing to ensure release readiness.
• Develop and run test scripts for validating changes.
• Provide SME input on best practices, risks, and impacts across processes.
• Manage application functionality including payroll and system maintenance.
• Identify gaps and implement workarounds between needs and capabilities.
• Provide technical support and resolve day-to-day production issues.
• Create and maintain system documentation and training materials.
• Collaborate with HR, Facilities, Finance, LMS, and other teams.
• Lead design discussions for implementations and upgrades.
