Job summary

Providence seeks a Senior ERP Applications Analyst to sustain and optimize UKG Healthcare Productivity within our ERP ecosystem. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable UKG solutions and manage change, testing, and releases to support ongoing operations.

You will balance technical expertise with strong operations leadership, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and delivering reliable system performance across departments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field with 5+ years of ERP experience.
Experience maintaining large ERP systems (Oracle/PeopleSoft/Workday).
Experience leading medium to complex projects and change initiatives.

Responsibilities

Maintain and optimize UKG Healthcare Productivity within ERP landscape.
Align business needs with UKG solutions and enhancements.
Oversee change requests, testing, releases and deployments.
Collaborate with IS team and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
