Infosys is a global leader in Oracle solutions. This Package Project Lead 1 role is based in Richardson, TX and focuses on developing timelines, coordinating technical teams and client stakeholders, and guiding development, integration and customization of enterprise packages.

The candidate will leverage Kronos WFC/WFD expertise, scheduling proficiency and strong communication to manage risks, monitor deliverables, and balance project economics with strategic priorities across all project

Qualifications

• Experience with Workforce Management and Workforce Dimensions – Scheduling.
• Hands-on implementation and support of Kronos WFC/WFD projects.
• Knowledge of scheduling, forecasting, accruals, attendance in Kronos.
• Ability to drive stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion.
• Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives.
• Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements.
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations.

In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion
• Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives
• Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations

Required Skill And Experience

• Experience with Workforce Management and Workforce Dimensions – Scheduling.
• Hands‑on experience in implementation, development and support projects related to Kronos WFC/WFD applications.
• Experience in Kronos WFC/WFD with functional expertise in scheduling, forecasting, accruals, attendance and activities modules.
• Experienced in interface development with WIM for WFC and for WFD with middle layers like Dell Bhoomi etc.
• Knowledge of the various workforce management disciplines like accruals, attendance tracking, compliance monitoring, employee self‑service, leave management, overtime management, schedule optimization, work authorization, activity tracking for monitoring idle time, utilization, productivity and incentive pay.
• Ability to drive and manage stakeholder communication.

Preferred Skill And Experience

• Experience on UKG Workforce Central configurations and process flows.
• Experience in Kronos Workforce Dimensions - Timekeeping and Analytics.
• Experience in common integration methodologies including WIM (Kronos), XML APIs, XML2 Imports, Web services and standard Import Tables.
• Experience in data conversions using import tables, XML Imports with analyzing and debugging skills.
• Functional testing or automated testing in Kronos timekeeper, accruals and activities.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
