Job summary

Infosys seeks a Package Project Lead 1 in the Oracle unit to drive successful deployment of Workday and ERP packages. You will coordinate technical teams with client stakeholders, manage scopes, risk, and timelines, and ensure adherence to project requirements across development, integration, and customization efforts.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; or three years of progressive experience in lieu of education.
• Experience in Financial Management and Workday ERP implementations or support.
• Experience with Workday cloud integrations, reports, and business processes.
• Knowledge of ERP modules (AP, GL, Procurement, Costing, Expenses, Fixed Assets, Payables).
• Ability to work in a global delivery environment and drive customer discussions.
• Familiarity with Agile practices and full SDLC lifecycle.

In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion
• Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives
• Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations

Required Skill And Experience

• Experience in Financial Management.
• Experience in Workday ERP implementation or support projects.
• Experience in all the delivered ERP processes and reports
• Experience in working on Workday Cloud platform.
• Experience in ERP Modules (AP, GL, Procurement, Costing, Expenses, Fixed Assets, Payables) and accounting center.
• Experience in implementing IT/business solutions in Workday cloud building integrations, reports, customization of business process utilizing native Workday tools.

Preferred Skill And Experience

• Ability to drive customer discussions independently and act as trusted advisor for advising industry best practicians and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
• Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams.
• Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle.
• Knowledge of Agile practices and ability to implement the project in Agile mode.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
