Job summary

UKG is seeking a Manager, Professional Services Consulting on the UKG Ready team to lead service delivery across a portfolio of customer engagements. You will oversee a team of Project Managers and Solution Consultants, ensuring outcomes align with UKG standards, customer satisfaction, and financial targets.

You will collaborate with Sales, Presales, and Service Architect teams, sponsor deals, and drive regional performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of people management and/or people leadership experience within SAAS operations.
• 3+ years of HCM/WFM industry experience.
• 2+ years of software implementation experience.
• Leadership in managing both customer and internal resources during adverse situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead service delivery and manage a portfolio of engagements.
• Oversee day-to-day performance of project managers and solution consultants.
• Collaborate with Sales, Presales, and Service Architect teams.
• Ensure engagements follow methodology and billing practices.
• Forecast and manage regional business performance.
