Rockcrest is seeking experienced UKG Consultants with hands-on expertise in UKG Ready, UKG Pro, or UKG WFM to support configuration, implementation, troubleshooting, reporting, and ongoing optimization across multiple environments.

We look for professionals with strong functional/technical UKG knowledge and the ability to work independently while collaborating with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to maximize UKG investments and streamline workforce processes.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience configuring, implementing, or supporting UKG Ready, UKG Pro, or UKG WFM.
• Experience with HRIS, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Absence Management.
• Ability to troubleshoot, optimize business processes, and design reports.
• Strong initiative to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a system administrator, functional/technical consultant, or SME for UKG Ready, UKG Pro, or UKG WFM.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system configuration issues related to Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Absence Management, and Workforce Management.
• Support UKG implementations, system enhancements, upgrades, and post-go-live optimization.
• Configure and optimize workflows, security roles, approval processes, and employee/manager self-service functionality.
• Design, build, and maintain standard and custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR, Payroll, Finance, and operational reporting needs.
• Assist with timekeeping configurations, accrual policies, pay rules, scheduling, and labor management processes.
• Support system integrations, data migrations, testing, and data validation between UKG and other enterprise systems.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and increased system efficiency.

ROCKCREST is seeking experienced UKG Consultants with strong hands-on experience in UKG Ready, UKG Pro, or UKG Workforce Management (WFM). We are looking for professionals with expertise in system configuration, implementation, troubleshooting, reporting, and ongoing optimization. This role will support various UKG environments, resolving system issues, improving business processes, and enhancing HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Workforce Management functionality. Whether you specialize in one UKG platform or have experience across multiple solutions, we are looking for system experts who can help organizations maximize their UKG investment and streamline their operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a system administrator, functional/technical consultant, or subject matter expert for UKG Ready, UKG Pro, or UKG WFM.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system configuration issues related to Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Absence Management, and Workforce Management.
• Support UKG implementations, system enhancements, upgrades, and post-go-live optimization.
• Configure and optimize workflows, business processes, security roles, approval processes, and employee/manager self-service functionality.

Ideal Background:

• Proven, hands-on experience configuring, implementing, or supporting at least one of the following platforms:
• UKG Ready
• UKG Pro
• UKG Workforce Management (WFM) / UKG Dimensions
• Strong functional and/or technical knowledge of UKG system configurations, troubleshooting, and business process optimization.
• Experience with HRIS, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Absence Management, or Workforce Management functionality.Background in UKG implementations, system administration, integrations, upgrades, or ongoing production support.
• Experience building custom reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into practical UKG solutions.
• Experience supporting complex organizations, multi-location operations, or large employee populations is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate with stakeholders, and provide effective system solutions.
• Expertise in any one of the listed UKG platforms is sufficient; experience across all platforms is not required.
