Job summary

HiBob seeks an experienced Payroll Solution Architect to join our Customer Success Solutions Architect team. You’ll specialize in HiBob’s UK Payroll module, guiding customers and internal teams to deliver scalable outcomes across the UK payroll landscape.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and R&D to shape the UKP roadmap, drive adoption, and mitigate risk, acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of UK Payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
• Experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Solution Architect or Payroll Systems Consultant.
• Experience configuring or implementing payroll platforms in SaaS/B2B environments.
• Strong analytical skills for solving complex regulatory challenges.
• Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative guidance on UK Payroll configuration, system design, and integration points.
• Lead discovery and planning sessions to assess payroll readiness and define success criteria.
• Troubleshoot complex payroll issues and act as escalation point.
• Translate legislation changes into actionable system recommendations.
• Partner with Product and R&D to validate features and support beta testing.
