Job summary

Welo Data is seeking Data Labeling Analysts for an onsite, full-time role focused on building high-quality datasets for speech and voice AI systems. You will handle audio-language data with strong judgment, attention to detail, and consistent output across repetitive tasks.

Applicants must be located in or able to commute to cities like NYC, Seattle, Bay Area, or other client sites in the US. This is a 100% onsite position with a pay rate of $28 per hour and no visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in English (UK).
• Strong written communication and language fundamentals.
• 1 year of work experience in data labeling/annotation, or a related degree/qualification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI model outputs and provide structured, high-quality feedback.
• Audit data and model behavior to identify patterns and edge cases.
• Follow guidelines consistently and flag real-world mismatches.
• Help improve evaluation frameworks, not just execute them.
• Document findings clearly for team stakeholders.
