Job summary

Welo Data is seeking detail-oriented Data Labeling Analysts to support speech and voice AI systems. This onsite role focuses on building high-quality, well-structured datasets from audio and language data for AI training pipelines.

You will execute labeling tasks with strict adherence to guidelines, maintain throughput while ensuring data integrity, and collaborate on quality calibrations as needs evolve. Remote work is not offered for this position.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Croatian.
• 1 year of work experience in data labeling or related field; or a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and apply guidelines consistently.
• High attention to detail for repetitive tasks.
• Comfort in structured, process-driven environments.
• Basic familiarity with AI or language data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume data labeling and annotation tasks across speech and voice datasets.
• Follow detailed guidelines to ensure consistency, accuracy, and data integrity at scale.
• Work with audio and language data, including transcription, categorization, and tagging.
• Maintain strong throughput while meeting quality expectations.
• Escalate unclear or ambiguous cases appropriately.
• Adapt to evolving guidelines and workflows as systems and requirements change.
• Support baseline data production needs for AI training pipelines.
• Contribute to team calibrations and quality alignment sessions.
