Welo Data in the United States is seeking Data Labeling Analysts to support speech and voice AI systems. This role is onsite and focused on producing high-quality labeled audio and language data to power real-world AI models.

You will evaluate model outputs, perform audits, follow guidelines, and document findings while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Strong attention to detail and reliable, consistent work are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year of work experience in data labeling, annotation, or content-focused work; or a Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic qualification in a related field.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate AI model outputs and provide structured, high-quality feedback.
• Perform audit-based reviews of data and model behavior — identifying patterns, edge cases, and failure modes.
• Apply guidelines thoughtfully — and flag when they don’t reflect real-world scenarios.
• Contribute to improving evaluation frameworks, not just executing them.
• Identify trends in model performance and communicate insights clearly.
• Participate in team discussions, calibrations, and stakeholder syncs.
• Partner with leads and cross-functional teams to refine quality standards.
• Document findings in a clear, concise, and actionable way.
