Welocalize, Inc. is seeking Data Labeling Analysts to support speech and voice AI systems. This 100% onsite role focuses on building high-quality datasets, with 40 hours per week and a $28/hour pay rate for candidates located in the U.S. cities listed; work authorization in the U.S. required.

You will evaluate AI outputs, audit data, and help improve evaluation frameworks, working with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in repetitive tasks.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience in data labeling, annotation, or content-focused work.
• Strong written communication skills and language fundamentals.
• Native-level fluency in English (UK).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI model outputs and provide structured, high-quality feedback.
• Perform audit-based reviews of data and model behavior — identifying patterns, edge cases, and failure modes.
• Apply guidelines thoughtfully — and flag when they don't reflect real-world scenarios.
• Contribute to improving evaluation frameworks, not just executing them.
• Identify trends in model performance and communicate insights clearly.
• Participate in team discussions, calibrations, and stakeholder syncs.
• Partner with leads and cross-functional teams to refine quality standards.
• Document findings in a clear, concise, and actionable way.
