Job summary

Reserv is seeking a Compliance Analyst - UK to support adherence to UK regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and ethical standards. You will resolve UK complaints and respond to GDPR DSARs, DPA and RAD1 requests, with a focus on vulnerable customers.

You will work hands-on with guidance from your manager, translating regulatory requirements into practical guidance for claims teams and stakeholders, while helping enhance compliance programs and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Risk Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years of compliance/claims experience in UK financial services or insurance.
• Strong knowledge of UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory compliance: apply UK requirements to complaints/data requests.
• Manage UK complaints from intake through resolution, including vulnerable customers.
• Respond to GDPR DSARs, DPA, and RAD1 requests within deadlines.
• Monitor sanctions screening alerts for payments and escalate true matches.
• Prepare compliance reports and support audits/regulatory inquiries.
• Collaborate with claims, technology and quality teams to automate tracking.
