Job summary

team.blue is seeking a hands‑on, senior Head of Compliance to build and lead the central Compliance function within group legal. You will standardise controls, embed compliance in business lines, and steer the strategic regulatory agenda across GDPR, AI Act, Data Act, DSA, DORA, and NIS2.

You will operate in a multi‑country, fast‑moving digital environment, coordinating with Privacy Counsels, AI Counsels, and the Group Legal Hub.

Qualifications

• Tech-savvy with a strong grasp of IT and data‑driven legislation (GDPR, AI Act, Data Act, DSA, DORA, NIS2).
• Experience implementing regulatory requirements at scale across multiple jurisdictions.
• Proven ability to drive compliance culture through influence and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Embed and lead a first‑line advisory compliance function within group legal.
• Translate regulatory obligations into practical, self‑serve operational changes for the business lines.
• Set and monitor a risk‑based compliance agenda across brands and jurisdictions.
