Job summary

Qualco Group is seeking a Data Protection & Compliance Officer to strengthen governance around data protection and AI-related topics. You will work with operational teams within the Group Compliance function to ensure regulatory alignment and practical risk mitigation.

With exposure to GDPR, DORA, NIS2, and ISO frameworks, you will lead DPIAs, RoPA, and policy development, while guiding business teams on regulatory requirements and best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Compliance/Data Protection experience.
• Practical GDPR implementation experience (RoPA, DPIAs, vendor assessments, policies).
• Exposure to technology regulatory frameworks (GDPR, AI topics, digital products/services, DORA, NIS2, ISO).
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support Compliance risk mapping, assessments and monitoring.
• Develop and maintain compliance documentation (privacy notices, RoPA, DPIAs, policies).
• Provide guidance to management on data protection requirements.
• Interpret and apply compliance and AI-related regulatory requirements.
• Conduct vendor data protection and AI assessments and control validation.
• Collaborate with IT to implement technical and organizational measures.
• Monitor policy implementation and support remediation actions.
