Lendable is seeking a Complaints and Data Rights Administrator to manage end-to-end DSARs and other data rights requests, ensuring compliance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act within statutory deadlines. You'll coordinate with Operations, Product, Engineering and Legal, carefully review and redact data, and keep precise audit trails.

A strong eye for detail and ability to work across systems are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Strong administrative and organisational skills with ability to handle high-volume DSAR caseloads.
• Excellent attention to detail when reviewing and redacting personal data.
• Clear written communication to explain data rights and outcomes to customers.

Aufgaben

• Manage a caseload of DSARs from receipt through closure, tracking deadlines.
• Liaise with Operations, Product, Engineering and Legal to locate and extract relevant data.
• Review and redact data to protect third-party information and apply exemptions.
• Maintain accurate records of requests, decisions, and rationale for auditability.
• Communicate status and outcomes to customers in a professional manner.
• Escalate complex or high-risk requests to the Data Protection Officer or Legal team as needed to ensure compliance.
