Job summary

Deloitte UK is seeking a Microsoft D365 Innovation and AI Strategy Director to shape the UK D365 F&O practice and lead AI-enabled ERP transformation initiatives. • Proven experience leading large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 programmes and practices.
• Demonstrable leadership in AI-enabled business transformation (Copilot, automation, analytics).
• Strong commercial acumen with experience closing complex engagements.
• Credibility with senior client stakeholders and Microsoft executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the UK strategy for AI-enabled D365 (Finance/SCM/Project Ops) aligned to Deloitte and Microsoft roadmaps.
• Act as UK SME for AI in D365 including Copilot, Azure OpenAI, and Power Platform extensions.
• Define the target operating model for AI-enabled D365 delivery with standard products and custom accelerators.
• Lead collaboration with Deloitte Global, Microsoft Alliance, and UK leadership to ensure coherence and reuse of assets.
