Job summary

Attain Talent is seeking a Director of Business Systems & Solution Architecture to lead the strategy, architecture, delivery, and ongoing improvement of the D365 F&O landscape. The role combines enterprise architecture with hands-on design, integration oversight, and functional leadership across Order to Cash and related processes.

The candidate will partner with Business and IT stakeholders to translate needs into scalable, secure solutions, driving adoption and reducing technical debt while

Qualifications

10+ years delivering and supporting enterprise business applications, including hands-on D365 F&O experience.
5+ years in solution architecture or business systems leadership.
Experience with D365 O2C, inventory, warehouse, and financial integrations.

Responsibilities

Act as lead solution architect for D365 F&O and connected platforms.
Own solution design from requirements through deployment, testing, and support.
Provide hands-on leadership for complex production issues and integrations.
Document tradeoffs and recommend approaches aligned with security and long-term support.
Ensure architectural quality and governance across projects.
