Job summary

Reflex Media is seeking a UI/UX Designer to craft onboarding, discovery, matching, and messaging experiences for Seeking.com, a global dating platform. You will work with the Co-CEOs and Head of Product within a cross-functional pod, shaping emotional, data-informed interfaces across web and mobile.

The role emphasizes systems thinking, customer obsession, and motion-rich interaction design to earn trust and guide users toward meaningful connections. Remote in the US with Las Vegas preference.

Qualifications

• Shipped consumer product work demonstrating UI/UX craft (typography, layout, motion).
• Proven customer-obsessed approach across projects; starts with user needs.
• Strong systems thinking; designs for all states and edge cases.
• Ability to design for emotion using motion, transitions, texture with purpose.
• Relentless curiosity to understand the member and their journey.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; clear design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding, discovery, matching, messaging, profile, and subscription flows.
• Collaborate with Co-CEOs, Head of Product, engineers, and data team in a cross-functional pod.
• Design complete flows including edge cases and error states.
• Iterate based on funnel/engagement data and user feedback.
• Prototype in Figma/Framer and share with real users rapidly.
