Reflexions is seeking a thoughtful designer to join our team in a remote-capable role for the US/Canada market. You’ll collaborate with designers, developers, QA, and client-facing teammates, contributing meaningfully to diverse projects.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience, a design-related bachelor's, and a robust portfolio demonstrating user-centered design across discovery, design, and development stages.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional design experience, this is mid-level.
• Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent experience.
• Strong portfolio showing user-centered design across stages.
• Solid UX principles, responsive/mobile-first approach, accessibility basics.
• Strong typography sense and web layout understanding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; team collaboration.
• Curiosity, initiative, and attention to detail.
• Ability to balance multiple projects and manage time.
• Proficiency in Figma, especially components and libraries.

Responsibilities

• Design the look, layout, and interactive features of websites, apps, and interfaces.
• Create and iterate on sitemaps, wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Help build and maintain design systems.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, QA, and client-facing teams.
• Incorporate user research and stakeholder feedback into iterations.
• Contribute to multiple projects from discovery to deployment.
• Participate in team critiques, check-ins, and client presentations.
• Assist internal QA by identifying and reporting UI/UX issues.
