Job summary

Reflex Media in Las Vegas seeks a Product Manager to own Seeking.com's core web and native mobile experience, including onboarding, discovery, messaging, and profiles. You will set the roadmap, defend it with data, and personally drive research, specs, prototypes, and experiments behind your highest-impact bets.

This is a hands-on, high-agency role demanding AI-assisted workflows and a bias for action to grow a premium dating platform at speed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/technical Master’s is a plus.
• 5+ years product management experience, incl. 3+ years consumer web/mobile.
• Demonstrated growth track record with measurable outcomes.
• Daily use of agentic AI tools (Claude, Claude Code, etc.).
• Ability to write clear specs and launch plans.

Responsibilities

• Own the core experience roadmap end to end.
• Lead market research through prototyping and launch.
• Design, run, and interpret A/B tests on engagement and conversion.
• Tie initiatives to conversion, retention, and revenue impact.
• Communicate decisions and results to leadership.
