Job summary

Reflex Media, the team behind Seeking.com, is hiring a UI/UX Designer. You will craft consumer-focused interfaces across onboarding, discovery, matching, and messaging for web and mobile, combining systems thinking with emotional design.

You will work closely with Co-CEOs and Head of Product in a cross-functional pod, shaping core experiences while using AI tools to accelerate outcomes. Remote work within the US is supported, with team weeks in Las Vegas.

Qualifications

• Shipped consumer product UI/UX work with strong craft in typography, layout, motion, interaction, and polish.
• Demonstrated customer obsession across projects from user research to outcomes.
• Systems thinking: design every state and anticipate edge cases across funnels.
• Ability to design for emotion using motion, transitions, video, and visual texture.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn, with a bias for experimentation and fast learning.
• Willingness to take smart risks and learn from results.
• 3+ years of hands-on UI/UX or product design in consumer B2C, mobile, or subscription products.
• Expert in Figma: components, auto-layout, tokens, multi-file libraries.
• Proficient use of AI tools (Claude or equivalent) to accelerate design work and scale outcomes.
• Data-informed design using funnel/engagement data (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Firebase) preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication to clearly justify design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end UI/UX for web and native iOS/Android experiences across onboarding, discovery, matching, messaging, profile, and subscriptions.
• Design complete flows, including all states, errors, and edge cases, within the design system.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional pod (PM, engineers, data engineer) and report to Head of Product.
• Create emotionally rich interfaces with motion, video, and layered texture while keeping critical tasks fast and frictionless.
• Iterate based on funnel and engagement data; prototype in Figma, Framer, or code and test with real users.
• Experiment with agentic AI tools daily to explore options and accelerate shipping.
