Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior UX/ UI designer to help craft AI-enabled enterprise experiences across complex programs in a flexible, hybrid environment. You will translate business processes into intuitive interfaces, develop journey maps and service blueprints, and prototype in Figma for stakeholder reviews.

You’ll collaborate with engineers, product owners, and clients to ensure designs meet real-world needs while aligning with governance and accessibility standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX/UI/experience design
• Strong hands-on proficiency with Figma, including prototypes
• Experience facilitating discovery sessions with business stakeholders
• Translate complex processes into intuitive user experiences
• Create user journeys, task flows, service blueprints, and interactive prototypes
• Understand enterprise, operational, or B2B applications

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements, discovery, and design sessions with SMEs and users
• Plan and facilitate workshops to map processes, needs, and improvements
• Create environments for business users to shape future experiences
• Ask structured questions to define needs, workflows and decisions
• Synthesize interviews and documents into clear design insights
• Facilitate alignment across stakeholders when priorities differ
• Present concepts and guide design decisions and tradeoffs
• Develop current-state and future-state user journeys for AI use cases
• Create service blueprints showing relationships among users, processes, data, and systems
• Map end-to-end workflows including activities, decisions, approvals, and handoffs
• Identify friction points and opportunities for automation/AI enablement
• Define interactions with AI-enabled capabilities and human review
• Develop personas to distinguish roles and access levels
• Ensure designs reflect real work in engineering, construction, and capital projects
• Translate designs into build-ready artifacts for development team
• Provide annotated designs and acceptance criteria
• Support design reviews and UX quality checks during development
• Produce client-ready materials for stakeholders and leadership
• Maintain documentation of decisions and feedback
• Collaborate effectively within a lean delivery pod
• Balance user desirability, business value, and feasibility
• Maintain ongoing collaboration with project leadership
