Job summary

IFS, a growing global enterprise software company, is seeking a UX Designer to contribute to shaping human-AI collaboration through the Agentic Studio platform. You will design intuitive experiences for configuring and managing AI agents and ensure seamless interaction with human users.

The role emphasizes inclusive design, accessibility, and cross-functional collaboration with AI/ML engineers, product managers, researchers, and content strategists to deliver user-centered solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
• Experience with user research methodologies and data-informed design decisions.
• Working understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Designing intuitive interfaces for configuring and managing AI agents with different capabilities and specializations.
• Creating seamless handoff experiences between human creativity and AI execution.
• Developing design patterns for real-time collaboration between multiple AI agents.
• Building review and iteration workflows that use both human judgment and AI capabilities.
• Designing dashboard and monitoring experiences for complex, multi-step agentic processes.
• Creating onboarding experiences that help users understand and trust AI agent capabilities.
