Job summary
Logic (Accenture Construct) seeks a UI/UX Designer for energy sector in Houston, TX. This hybrid role shapes AI-enabled, workflow-driven experiences from concept to delivery, partnering with business stakeholders and technical teams.
You'll translate complex processes into intuitive interfaces, develop user journeys, service blueprints, and interactive prototypes in Figma, and ensure accessibility and enterprise-grade design standards across projects.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI/product/service design.
- Strong hands-on proficiency with Figma.
- Experience facilitating discovery sessions with business stakeholders.
- Ability to translate complex processes into intuitive user experiences.
- Experience designing enterprise, workflow-driven applications.
Responsibilities
- Participate in requirements, discovery, and process-design sessions.
- Create workshops to capture processes, needs, and improvements.
- Develop current-state and future-state user journeys.
- Create service blueprints mapping users, processes, tech, data, and teams.
- Translate designs into build-ready artifacts for development.
- Provide annotated designs and interaction specifications.
- Collaborate with architects and developers to validate feasibility.
- Ensure accessibility and responsive design.
