Job summary

Infotech is hiring a UX/UI Designer to drive our UX vision across the full product suite, including modernization efforts for public infrastructure platforms. You will contribute to Causeway, our design system, and collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to raise the craft while integrating AI-assisted tools.

We seek 3–5+ years of experience, a strong portfolio, and hands-on Figma expertise.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer, product designer, or interaction designer.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design, user research integration, and refined visual craft.
• Experience contributing to a design system at scale, embedded in agile development.
• Hands-on proficiency in Figma, including team library management and component governance.
• Personal, hands-on fluency with AI-assisted design or prototyping tools, with real production use.

Responsibilities

• Execute our UX vision and uphold a high craft bar across the product suite.
• Contribute to Causeway, our design system, and scale components across surfaces.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineering leads, and a multi-disciplinary design team.
• Bring AI-assisted tools into daily practice while keeping user empathy at the center.
