Job summary

4over LLC is seeking a UI/UX Designer – Digital Commerce in Moonachie, NJ to craft intuitive purchasing journeys and optimize the user experience across our digital platforms. You will work with Product, Technology, Customer Relations, and Marketing to balance user needs with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent).
• 3+ years designing digital products, websites, or eCommerce platforms.
• Experience building and scaling design systems in Figma.
• Strong portfolio in user-centered design and visual design.
• Experience collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers.
• Knowledge of responsive design and WCAG accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive purchasing journeys to reduce friction in ordering.
• Support multiple digital commerce platforms with a consistent UX.
• Improve conversion through user-centered design and usability best practices.
• Design experiences that simplify complex print products for customers.
• Create end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile apps.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing to align with business goals.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and design reviews.
• Stay current on UX trends and best practices.
• Advocate for the customer throughout design and development.
