Job summary

4over LLC is seeking a UI/UX Designer - Digital Commerce to design purchasing experiences across our digital commerce platforms. You will simplify print purchasing journeys, improve usability, and create intuitive, accessible customer experiences that boost engagement and conversion.

Reporting to the Manager, Digital Commerce, you will partner with Product Portfolio, Technology, Customer Relations, and Marketing to align user needs with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field.
• 3+ years designing digital products and ecommerce.
• Experience building design systems in Figma.
• Strong portfolio in user-centered design.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of WCAG accessibility.
• Frontend basics knowledge helpful.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive purchasing journeys across web and mobile.
• Support multiple digital commerce platforms with consistent UX.
• Improve conversion with usability best practices.
• Create end-to-end user experiences and prototypes.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing teams.
• Conduct user research and usability testing.
• Advocate for the customer throughout design process.
• Design scalable design systems and UI standards.
