Job summary

4over is seeking a UI/UX Designer for Digital Commerce to craft exceptional purchasing experiences across our digital platforms. You will simplify complex print journeys, boost usability, and create intuitive, accessible customer experiences to increase engagement and conversions.

You will work with Product, Technology, Customer Relations, and Marketing to deliver customer-centric solutions, balancing user needs with business goals, reporting to the Manager, Digital Commerce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years designing digital products, websites, or eCommerce platforms.
• Experience building, maintaining, scaling design systems in Figma.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered, interaction, and visual design.
• Experience collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of online purchasing journeys and complex eCommerce experiences.
• Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and modern UX/UI best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile applications.
• Create user journeys, task flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Translate business goals and customer needs into elegant, user-centered solutions.
• Design experiences that improve usability, engagement, and conversion across the customer journey.
• Partner with Product Managers to define product requirements and experiences.
• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure feasible implementations and adherence to design intent.
