Job summary

Four Ways Consulting is seeking a seasoned UX Designer to craft compelling e-commerce experiences and digital storefronts. You will drive the end-to-end UX process from discovery to delivery, collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to achieve business goals.

Proficiency in Figma, strong portfolio, and a solid understanding of UX research are essential. This hybrid, 3 days onsite role in East Rutherford, NJ offers a mid-level contract with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or User Experience Specialist.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, collaboration, and design system management.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design projects with measurable business impact.
• Experience designing e-commerce, retail, or digital storefront experiences.
• Mandatory submission of a digital portfolio and case study detailing UX processes and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design user-centric experiences for e-commerce platforms, digital storefronts, and customer-facing apps.
• Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design recommendations.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define UX requirements.
• Develop interactive prototypes to validate concepts and improve usability.
• Analyze customer behavior, pain points, and business goals to drive design decisions.
• Iterate designs based on stakeholder feedback, usability testing, and data-driven insights.
• Ensure consistency across products by adhering to design systems and UX best practices.
• Present design concepts, rationale, and recommendations to cross-functional teams.
• Support end-to-end design lifecycle from discovery through implementation and optimization.
