Job summary

4over LLC is seeking a dedicated UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, accessible experiences for our digital commerce platforms. You will streamline purchasing journeys, improve usability, and drive engagement across web and mobile products.

You will partner with Product, Technology, Customer Relations, and Marketing to deliver customer-centric design solutions that balance user needs with business goals. An emphasis on scalable design systems and collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or related field; or equivalent.
3+ years designing digital products, websites, or eCommerce platforms (B2B/B2C).
Experience building, maintaining, and scaling design systems in Figma.
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, interaction, and visual design.
Experience collaborating with Product Managers, Software Engineers, and cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of online purchasing journeys and complex eCommerce experiences.

Responsibilities

Design intuitive end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile apps.
Create user journeys, task flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Translate business goals and customer needs into elegant, user-centered solutions.
Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering to ensure feasibility and implementation.
