Job summary

4over is seeking a creative UI/UX Designer – Digital Commerce to design purchasing experiences across our portfolio of digital commerce platforms. This role is responsible for simplifying complex print purchasing journeys, improving website usability, and creating intuitive, engaging, and accessible customer user experiences that increase engagement, conversion, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience designing digital products, websites, or eCommerce platforms.
• Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems in Figma.
• Portfolio showcasing user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design expertise.
• Experience collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience designing complex B2B & B2C eCommerce with a strong understanding of online purchasing journeys.
• Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility standards, and modern UX best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile applications.
• Create user journeys, task flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Translate business goals and customer needs into elegant, user-centered solutions.
• Design experiences that improve usability, engagement, and conversion throughout the customer journey.
• Partner closely with Product Managers to define product requirements and user experiences.
• Collaborate with Engineering teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and implemented as intended.
• Work alongside Marketing and business stakeholders to align digital experiences with customer and business goals.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, design reviews, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
• Analyze customer behavior, product analytics, usability studies, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
