Job summary

Luxoft in Houston, TX seeks an experienced UX/UI Designer to lead user experience on high-load, multi-platform solutions across oil & gas and logistics domains. You will partner with product managers and engineers, run stakeholder workshops, and evolve the design system while delivering production-ready interfaces.

We require 4+ years of UX/UI experience, strong Figma skills, knowledge of design systems, and familiarity with Claude Design or similar AI tools.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in interaction design and visual design.

Own UX design process on a complex project with a high-load interface.

Conduct stakeholder workshops and requirements collection activities.
