Qualifications
- High proficiency in Figma and best practices (Auto Layout, Slots, Components).
- Deep understanding of Figma features for design system at scale (Tokens, Variants).
- Proven track record delivering patterns and components with WCAG accessibility.
- Background contributing to or maintaining a design system.
- Ability to deliver in-depth component documentation for cross-functional use.
- Understanding of web development.
- Familiarity with mobile-first responsive design and best practices.
- Experience collaborating with product and development teams through design reviews and implementation.
