Job summary

Qualifications

• Expert in Figma, agile workflows, and WCAG accessibility; proficient in Miro and other collaboration tools
• Strong facilitator and systems thinker with ability to advocate for user-centered design

Responsibilities

• Plan and run usability tests for web apps and government pages
• Translate requirements into high-fidelity, accessible prototypes in Figma
• Review and advise on UX/UI work led by other teams
• Document components and contribute new patterns to the design system
• Synthesize data and research to guide decisions and translate findings into accessible UI
• Plan design sessions with senior leaders and stakeholders
