Job summary

One North is seeking a Senior Product Designer, Design Systems with deep UX/UI expertise and advanced Figma proficiency. You will shape scalable enterprise design systems, oversee libraries, tokens, and governance, and collaborate with client teams on embedded engagements.

You will partner with design and engineering to ensure parity, audit components for accessibility, and develop clear documentation and onboarding materials for broad adoption across client projects.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of design systems and UX principles.
• Advanced Figma skills including AutoLayout, Variables, DevMode.
• Experience with design system tools: Zeroheight, Knapsack, Tokens Studio.
• Ability to adapt designs to multiple screen sizes.
• Strong WCAG accessibility knowledge.
• Collaborates across design, services, strategy, and tech teams.
• Strong execution across design deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation and evolution of enterprise design systems.
• Build and maintain advanced Figma libraries with auto layout and tokens.
• Reuse existing systems and create specialized libraries as needed.
• Ensure Figma workspaces and libraries are organized and aligned with brand.
• Partner with engineering to ensure parity between design and code.
• Audit and refactor components for usability and accessibility.
• Prototype and test new patterns before integration.
• Create scalable documentation and onboarding materials.
