Job summary

Creatif Studio in New York is seeking a seasoned UX/UI Designer to craft intuitive experiences for our clients’ digital products. You will lead design from research to high-fidelity prototypes, collaborating with product managers, developers and stakeholders to align user needs with business goals.

You must have 3+ years in UX/UI, a strong portfolio, and proficiency with Figma or Sketch. Experience with design systems, accessibility, and collaborative feedback is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of UX/UI design experience.
• Strong portfolio showing design process and problem solving.
• Proficiency in Figma or Sketch.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from research and concept through to high-fidelity prototypes
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Create comprehensive design systems that ensure consistency and accelerate development
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
• Present design concepts and rationales persuasively to clients and stakeholders
• Stay current with UX/UI trends while maintaining focus on usability fundamentals
