Overview

We’re looking for a highly organized, technically skilled UI Screen Production Technician to support marketing and creative teams by capturing high-quality screenshots and on-device video content used in global marketing materials.

In this role, you’ll manage and maintain a secure device lab, ensure devices are updated and production-ready, and provide hands-on technical support to creative, animation, and production teams. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners and support launch-period activities.

Key Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting creative or production teams in a technical role
• Experience with screen capture, on-device video recording, and device management
• Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills
• Familiarity with video production or animation workflows
