Job summary

Cella is seeking a Product Manager to join our hospitality-focused team in Orlando. The role focuses on the UI layer, translating complex pricing and business logic into intuitive admin tools while collaborating with API and backend engineers.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in product management, strong requirements gathering, and proven ability to work in Agile environments with cross-functional stakeholders. Onsite Mon-Thu, hybrid Friday with W2 contract for 24 months.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Shape the strategy: Architect the product vision, strategy, and roadmap throughout the entire product delivery process.
• Create clarity: Lead requirement-gathering, user story creation, prioritization, and execution with cross-functional teams, ensuring consistent communication with peers and leadership.
• Define success: Define and monitor key performance metrics to track product performance while identifying areas for optimization that drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional collaborators, including product, engineering, design, commercial, and customer support.
• Set the priority: Prioritize with our business, product, and engineering partners, managing technical discussions to drive alignment.
• Deliver excellence: Coordinate and communicate iterative product releases and updates, ensuring timely delivery and smooth deployment.
• Think proactively: Identify potential risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to project timelines or deliverables.
• Lead communication: Serve as a passionate advocate for your product(s), internally and externally, while educating stakeholders and customers about product features, benefits, and value propositions.
• Look beyond: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

Our client in the hospitality space is looking for a Product Manager to join their team. This role focuses strictly on the UI layer. The ideal candidate is a strategic, requirement-driven PM who understands internal workflows, can translate complex pricing and business logic into intuitive administrative tools, and possesses enough baseline technical knowledge of APIs and backend data structures to seamlessly collaborate with API-focused Product Managers and Engineering teams.

Onsite Expectations: Mon-Thur Onsite, WFH Friday.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years of dedicated Product Management experience in an enterprise environment.
• Level & Mindset: Proven track record as an individual contributor who can independently drive features from discovery through launch within an Agile framework.
• Technical Baseline: Working/hybrid understanding of APIs, data structures, and backend architecture to engage in meaningful technical discussions with API PMs and engineering leads without managing APIs directly.
• Requirement Gathering: Demonstrated expertise in gathering complex business requirements and translating them into clear, structured user stories for development teams.
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge business intent (Revenue Management, commercial teams) and technical execution.
• Tooling: Proficient with enterprise collaboration and backlog tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Domain Knowledge: Experience in pricing systems, offer management, revenue management, inventory configuration, or commercial hospitality engines.
• Internal Tool Design: Background building or optimizing internal admin panels and configuration rule engines for enterprise users.
• Industry Experience: Experience within the hospitality, travel, entertainment, or large-scale e-commerce tech industries.
