• Review eligibility determinations to confirm if UI benefits were paid during non-eligible periods.
• Review weekly certification for UI benefits to determine if wages were earned during submission period.
• Enter accurate details for benefits paid to establish overpayments for ineligible individuals.
• Release written overpayment determinations to denied individuals.
• Document case file with appropriate action taken.
