Responsibilities

• Lead a unit of UI Professionals/Associates responsible for taking and processing claims, answering claimant questions, and conducting fact-finding interviews.
• Provide feedback, guidance, and training on policies, procedures, and programs to meet internal and external goals.
• Examine and review unemployment insurance claims and non-monetary determinations for accuracy to prevent fraud.
• Monitor workload and ensure timely payment of benefits and maintain quality customer service.
• Travel to collaborate with AJC staff and leaders and supervise in-person and call center activities.
