Qualificações

• Ten years of experience in administrative/professional work with human services or insurance claims processing, or equivalent combinations with supervisory experience.
• One year of experience with Maryland Unemployment Insurance benefit system BEACON
• Experience supervising staff in a public or private agency
• Ability to apply rules and regulations and develop policies or procedures
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred
