Qualifications

• Phoenix metro residency with city on resume.
• 2+ years customer service experience.
• High school diploma.
• U.S. citizen or green card holder; no sponsorship.
• W2 employment only.
• 100% onsite at 1789 W Jefferson St, Phoenix.
• Must start October 5, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing applications for public assistance programs and determining eligibility through interactive interviewing and fact gathering.
• Verifying application forms for accuracy and following up with applicants.
• Communicating with applicants to address concerns and determine resolutions.
• Explaining rules and policies to claimants, representatives, employers, doctors, and state and federal agencies to make qualification determinations.
