Job summary

Utah Department of Workforce Services (DWS) is seeking several Initial Adjudicators for the UI Division in Wasatch Front. This full-time role requires in-office training in Salt Lake City during the first year, with possible hybrid options after a year.

Responsibilities include legal determinations and extensive fact-finding interviews to support unemployment insurance claims. Ideal candidates interpret policy well, excel in customer service, and communicate clearly in writing and speech.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Render legal determinations on non-monetary UI eligibility.
