Job summary

Nicolet National Bank in Green Bay, WI seeks a Wealth Planning & Investment Analyst to support the Managing Director of Wealth Management. You will gather client data, prepare financial plans, and develop investment materials, applying Nicolet's planning approach and standards to ultra high net worth clients.

You will work with Wealth Advisors, prepare reports and presentations, analyze client information, and ensure accuracy of internal files while complying with regulatory rules and bank

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Series 7 and 66 license preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in financial services.
• Proficient in PC use and Excel.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Working knowledge of investment and asset management strategies and services.

Responsibilities

• Work with Managing Director, Wealth Advisors, and Trust Officers to maintain investment strategies based on client objectives and risk tolerance.
• Prepare paperwork and documents for client meetings and attend meetings when applicable.
• Summarize notes and analyze client information to create reports and presentations.
• Enter client data into financial planning software and prepare draft plans.
• Research products, pricing, and investment managers; support portfolio rebalancing decisions.
• Generate client performance reports and maintain accurate internal files.
