Job summary

Nicolet National Bank in Wisconsin seeks a Wealth Management Trading Analyst to support trading, reporting and system integrations in a semi-autonomous, entrepreneurial environment.

You will review daily trading workflows with high accuracy, implement investment decisions, rebalance client accounts, coordinate trade file transmissions, and work with technology partners to enhance trading and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field.
• Series 7 and 66 licensed preferred; Series 65 acceptable.
• 1–3 years of financial services experience.
• PC, phone system, general office equipment literacy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
• Maintain composure and communicate clearly under pressure.
• Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and process daily trading workflow with a high degree of accuracy.
• Implement investment decisions and rebalance client accounts according to changes in asset allocation.
• Facilitate and monitor daily trade file transmission, receipt and acknowledgements processes.
• Work with technology partners to analyze and enhance trading, reporting, and related systems.
• Develop written procedures when new products are introduced or systems changed.
• Support various department projects as needed.
• Uphold compliance with applicable laws and regulations and company policies.
• Promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

The Wealth Management Trading Analystis responsible forhaving sound investment knowledge and thriving in a semi-autonomous and entrepreneurial environment while maintaining strong relationships with colleagues and vendors. The individual will be responsible for a variety of RIA operational tasks including trading, reporting, and system integrations.

As a Wealth Management Trading Analyst, you will:

• Review and process daily trading workflow with a high degree of accuracy.
• Implement investment decisions and rebalance client accounts according to changes in asset allocation or individual client needs and objectives.
• Facilitate and monitor the daily trade file transmission, receipt and acknowledgements processes.
• Work directly with various technology partners to analyze and enhance our suite of programs for trading, reporting, and other functions of the wealth management unit.
• Develop written procedures when new products are introduced, or system changes are implemented.
• Working on various department projects as needed.
• Uphold Nicolet’s philosophy and policies by maintaining appropriate controls to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, thereby fulfilling legal responsibilities and enhancing the quality of services provided by Nicolet.
