Job summary

Foundation Risk Partners, a leading insurance brokerage and consulting firm, seeks a Senior Account Manager for Ultra High Net Worth Private Client in the NY Metro region. You will manage high-net-worth portfolios, perform in-depth risk reviews, and drive renewal strategies and market negotiations.

The role requires extensive HNW/UHNW experience, strong client-facing skills, and coordination with trusted advisors and family offices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of personal lines insurance experience with a focus on HNW/UHNW Private Client accounts.
• Strong technical knowledge of personal property and casualty coverage and ability to analyze complex policy language.
• Polished written and verbal communication skills with UHNW clients and advisors.
• License(s) for applicable insurance lines.
• Experience with coordinating multi-policy programs and carrier negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the client relationship and ongoing service for a portfolio of HNW/UHNW Private Client accounts.
• Conduct comprehensive annual exposure, coverage and limit reviews and update risk profiles.
• Lead renewal strategy and remarketing, including underwriting submissions and negotiations.
• Evaluate policies, limits, deductibles and exclusions; communicate recommendations to clients and advisors.
• Coordinate complex multi-policy programs across residences, autos, collections, vessels and specialty exposures.
• Provide proactive claims counseling and advocacy, coordinating with carrier claims professionals.
• Handle day-to-day service needs including coverage changes, billing questions and evidence of insurance.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client programs with higher limits and better terms.
• Maintain relationships with underwriters and carrier partners for coordinated service.
• Collaborate with producers and family offices to deliver high-touch client experience.
