Job summary

Foundation Risk Partners in Teaneck, NJ is seeking a Senior Account Manager for Ultra High Net Worth Private Client. You will manage sophisticated personal insurance programs for high-net-worth clients, delivering high-touch service and strategic risk management.

You will lead renewal strategies, coordinate multi-policy programs, negotiate with carriers, and advocate for clients throughout the claim process, working closely with family offices and trusted advisors.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of personal lines insurance experience with a meaningful concentration in HNW/UHNW Private Client account management.
• Current applicable insurance license(s).
• Strong technical knowledge of personal property and casualty coverage and the ability to analyze complex policy language and coverage structures.
• Polished written and verbal communication skills with UHNW clients, family offices, wealth managers, attorneys and business managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the client relationship and ongoing service for a portfolio of HNW and UHNW Private Client accounts.
• Conduct comprehensive annual exposure, coverage and limit reviews, identifying changes in assets and risk profile.
• Develop renewal strategy and lead remarketing, including underwriting submissions and negotiations with carriers.
• Evaluate policy forms, coverage terms, limits, deductibles, exclusions and enhancement opportunities, communicating recommendations clearly.
• Coordinate multi-policy personal programs including multiple residences, autos, collections, watercraft, excess liability.
• Provide proactive claims counseling and advocacy, coordinating with carrier claims professionals.
• Handle day-to-day service needs including coverage changes, billing questions and policy matters.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client programs through higher limits or better terms.
• Maintain relationships with Private Client underwriters and carrier partners; represent clients in discussions.
• Partner with producers, family offices and outside advisors for a high-touch client experience.
